I think you may be looking at the incorrect award document. If you refer to the applicable WA Award Summary, it has the hourly rate required for each of the job roles.

I’ve checked the award to the best of my ability and I can’t see how he’s paying is employees incorrectly, and yet the questions lead on as if it is wrong.

I have passed the multi choice assessment but cannot access the final assessment.  Do I need to wait for the teacher to allow me access?

If you require Award pay rates for previous financial years, you can obtain these on the Fair Work Ombudsman website, using the PACT (pay and conditions tool)

If the question relates to a specific month and/or year, then you must use the rates that apply for that period.  Award rates for previous years can be found on the Fair Work Ombudsman website using the PACT tool.

If the question does not specify the year then use the current year rates (i.e. 2018/2019)

Do the rates of pay that are in the assessment (Payroll extract information on excel sheet) relate to a certain year? Also, would we be working on rates from 1 July 2018 ?

Just trying to establish if they are based on awards or other.
