On page 11 of the assessment under Revision Activity (a) 2. it asks to create a report highlighting any identified risks or hazards that may need attention.
Is this an audit report, the risk assessment form or something else.
It is a report to your manager pointing out anything you think they need to know from the risk assessment you carried out. This can be in the form of a letter, or memo, or some other suitable format.
