Final Assessment

Is there a trick to finding out which wage we’re meant to be using given the assessment is in ‘hourly rates’ and yet the awards are not? The award provides a ‘range’ and not a set figure.It’s quite confusing. (based on WA awards)

I’ve checked the award to the best of my ability and I can’t see how he’s paying is employees incorrectly, and yet the questions lead on as if it is wrong.

I think you may be looking at the incorrect award document. If you refer to the applicable WA Award Summary, it has the hourly rate required for each of the job roles.
