I’ve followed the instructions on how to create a support ticket through another forum topic. I’ve received an email to say the support ticket had been created. I can’t view the ticket online when i click on the link provided within the email. I’m not 100% what is required from me now?
The instructions aren’t very clear to me, I’m so confused.
